The changes will affect women who have worked for less than 2 years, and women who are expecting a second or third child, who have recently worked less than two years.

To calculate the allowance for caring for a child up to one and a half years, you need to divide the total amount of earnings for 24 months by 730. Even if you worked less than 24 months, it is still by 730. Having calculated the average amount of earnings for one day, multiply it by 30, 4 and then 40%. You will get the amount of the childcare allowance for up to one and a half years. You will receive the resulting amount on a monthly basis.
Step 4
The minimum amount of the allowance is: for the first child - 2194, 33 rubles, for the second and subsequent children - 4388, 67 rubles. These amounts are charged with the sum of the regional coefficient in those areas where it is installed.
