Step 1
Visit a bank branch with a passport and inform about your desire to get a bank card. Step 2
If you get a credit card, you will need additional documents from the list offered by the bank (usually this list is on its website and is announced at the first request by the employees of the call center or branch), in some cases, documents are also needed to confirm income. When issuing a payment card, a passport is usually sufficient.
Step 3
If you connect services such as Internet, mobile banking or they are connected by default, instructions for using them and access keys to them will most likely be given to you right there. The production of the card itself will take some time, usually about a week. After this period, you will need to visit the bank to receive the card, but some send this product by mail. If necessary, activate the received card, following the instructions given to you at the bank - by calling the call center or at an ATM.
