The holder of a plastic card has a unique opportunity to find out the balance of the card at any time by making the necessary request, and instantly receive a notification on the account balance on his personal mobile phone when the “Mobile Bank” service is activated.

Step 1
On a mobile phone, whose number is connected to the Mobile Banking service, dial an SMS message. In the text of the message, indicate the command to request the card balance, as well as the last digits of the bank plastic card number.
Step 2
Write the command to check the card balance without quotes, in capital letters with one of the words: BALANS, BALANCE, BALANCE, OSTATOK, REMAINING, or simply type 01. Not all of these commands are suitable for a correctly formed message. If you write a message with a word that is not suitable for a certain phone model, then instead of information you will receive a response about an incorrect request. Each phone model recodes characters in its own way.
Step 3
After writing the command, put a space, period or non-breaking hyphen (this again depends on the phone model) and indicate the last digits of the bank card number without quotes.
Step 4
The dialed number of the last digits of the card number - 4, 5, 6, or 7, is determined by the fact that the bank card is connected to the "Mobile Bank" service. Information about the number of digits required to be sent in requests is sent in the message immediately after connecting the plastic card to the Mobile Bank service. If you specify the wrong number of digits in the message, then instead of receiving the balance of the bank card, you will receive a response about the incorrect request.
Step 5
After the text is fully and correctly formed, send an SMS message to the number of the mobile operator that provides the Mobile Bank service together with the bank. In general, send to 900. Not all phone models support this number. Then try sending a message to the number +7926200900 or +79165723900, depending on the mobile operator (megaphone or mts) providing the Mobile Bank service.
Step 6
After sending a message about viewing the balance, after a short time, you will receive an SMS reply to your mobile phone with the remaining funds of your personal bank card, which is connected to the Mobile Banking service.
Step 7
You can check the card balance using your mobile phone without sending an SMS message if you install the Mobile Banking application on a phone that supports Java applications. When entering the Mobile Banking application, select the Cards item from the main menu and then Balance. The account balance is immediately displayed on the phone screen.
