Instructions

Step 1

Install the "Declaration" program on your computer for the year in which you spent money, from which you are legally entitled to a deduction. On the tab of conditions assignments, enter the correction number (if you are submitting a declaration for the first time, then put the number 0, if you are filling out an updated declaration, indicate 1). Write the number of the tax office to which you will submit the return. In the taxpayer tag, mark another individual. In the item "there are incomes" put a tick in the box "taken into account by certificates of income of an individual, sale of property and others." If you yourself will hand over the declaration, then you need to personally confirm the accuracy of the information provided. If another person or your employer fills in for you, he should provide the passport details of the representative.

Step 2

In the information about the declarant, indicate your personal data, including the taxpayer identification number, date, place of birth, passport details, military ID or driver's license. Write in full the address of your place of residence (stay) in Russia, as well as outside of it (if any).

Step 3

On the tab of income received in the Russian Federation, in accordance with the 2-NDFL certificate from your place of work, indicate the name of the company, its TIN and KPP. Enter the amount of your wages for each month of the year for which you are filing the return.

Step 4

If you are claiming a standard deduction, please include the appropriate code and the number of children you are dependent on.

Step 5

If you would like to receive a social deduction for medical treatment, education, charity and more, indicate the amount you spent in the reporting year.

Step 6

If you are applying for a property deduction, you should indicate all the necessary details of documents related to the purchase / sale of property, as well as the purchase amount, interest (if you have taken out a mortgage loan).
