Step 1
Many people dream of opening their own beauty salon, but few know that opening such a business is not so difficult. To do this, you must first of all have start-up capital and draw up some documents.
First, you need to draw up a business plan, which will describe: what the opening costs will be, how much profit is expected to be made, how much space is needed for the salon, how long it will take to prepare the premises, what equipment is needed and many other issues.
After drawing up a business plan, you need to find and either purchase or rent a room, which will need to be subsequently prepared and converted into a salon.
Step 2
While the premises are being prepared and renovated, you need to take care of the documents. First of all, you need to draw up those documents that confirm the registration of your salon. You can register your salon in a matter of days. Registration of an individual entrepreneur of a beauty salon is carried out in accordance with 93.02 OKVED. This is a group from the section "Provision of other social, communal and personal services." At the same time, the registration of a beauty salon is the same as the registration of a regular hairdressing salon.
If you are renting the premises for the salon, then in this case you must have a lease agreement for the premises and permission to repair it.
As a taxation system, you need to choose UTII or STS.
Step 3
After the individual entrepreneur is registered, you need to purchase a cash register (KKM) and put this cash register on record with the tax office. If you are planning to issue a cash register on your own, you may need to do this from 10 to 20 working days. If you do not want to wait, you can use the service of cash register sellers. They will do everything in three days.
It also needs to be said about printing. Legally, a beauty salon can work without it, but it is worth considering that there are suppliers (mostly foreign) who are not willing to work with salons if they can support the documents with their seal.
Step 4
After the equipment is installed and the entire package of necessary documents is collected, you will need to think about advertising. Since you are just getting started, the word-of-mouth effect will not be very profitable yet. For advertising campaigns, contracts are concluded for the installation of billboards, placement of signs, etc.
