One of the first stages of creating a new limited liability partnership (LLP) is naming - the selection of the name of a new company. This is not an easy task, and there are firms and specialists for whom this has become a profession. For several tens of thousands of rubles, you can get several variants of such names. However, you can try to get the answer to the question of how to call an LLP yourself.

Choose a name that evokes neutral or only positive emotions. It can be targeted at the target audience you intend to work with. For example, when you organize an Internet cafe or club, the name may well be played up with common network terms and even well-known memes.

The simplest, but not the most successful solution is to name the company by your surname or the name of your next of kin. This will be a major obstacle if you ever want to sell your business. In addition, some clients or customers may subconsciously scare off the proper name in the name of your company, if it has a negative association associated with personal relationships. Try to play with the first syllables of the first or last name, several names. You can get sound combinations that are neutral for the prying ear, but expensive and meaningful to you. But firms specializing in the sale of goods for children may well use proper diminutive names in their names.

Not bad, and always positively perceived by buyers and consumers, the name that reflects and is associated with the type of activity of your company. But it is better to keep it short and consist of a maximum of two or three words. A company that sells or manufactures sports equipment, medical enterprises and pharmacies is also better to name so that it is immediately clear from the name that they are related to sports or health protection.

Analyze the names of competing businesses. Please note that the name of the LLP you choose should be original and better if it is short and memorable. Check the chosen name for perception by interviewing several dozen people. Consider the wishes of potential customers. Decide on the one that will appeal to the largest number of respondents.
