The most famous way to buy dollars for rubles or another currency is to exchange cash at a bank branch. If you have accounts in dollars and other currencies in one bank, you can also convert money from one to another. If there are wallets in the WebMoney system in dollars and one of the currencies with which the system works, funds can be transferred through an exchange office.
It is necessary
- - cash rubles or any other currency with which the bank works;

- - a computer;
- - access to the Internet.
Instructions
Step 1
Contact the cashier of the bank branch, choosing the one where the rate is most beneficial. Check if the amount you need is available, give the operator your passport and the amount for exchange in rubles or another currency, if the bank works with it (the conversion will be carried out in rubles at the bank's rate). Sign the necessary papers, offered by the cashier, get cash dollars and check the correctness of the calculation.
Step 2
If you have an account in dollars, you can replenish it with rubles or another currency with which the bank works, through its cashier. Conversion of one currency into another will be made at the bank's rate, which the cashier will tell you. You are required to inform about your desire to replenish the dollar account by depositing a different currency, give the cashier money and a passport, check and sign the necessary papers and receive a document on depositing money and crediting them to the account.
Step 3
If you have a bank card and ATM with the function of depositing money, insert the card into the device, enter the PIN code, select the cash deposit option and the dollar account you want to replenish. Then insert the money into the bill acceptor or enter the amount using the keyboard, put the cash in the envelope and insert it into the hole provided for it. Money will also be transferred from one currency to another at the rate of the bank. Please note that some ATMs can only deposit money in the currency in which they were deposited. But at the same time, the option of transferring money between your accounts, including in different currencies, may be available in it.
Step 4
If you have Internet banking, log in to the system and transfer from a ruble or another account to a dollar one by selecting the appropriate option and following the instructions on the interface.

To transfer between your accounts, including in different currencies, you can apply with a passport at a bank branch or call its call center and inform about your desire to make a transfer from an account in rubles or another currency to the dollar and its amount.
Step 6
If you want to transfer money in the WebMoney system from your WMR wallet to a WMZ wallet (that is, from ruble to dollar), use the services of third-party exchange offices. It is better to choose for this purpose those recommended by the system itself (the list is available to authorized users in the corresponding section). Select the item with the most favorable conditions and follow the prompts of the interface, go through additional authorization upon request and make the transfer. Usually you need to enter the numbers of both wallets in the appropriate fields, the transfer amount and agree with the commission for the services of the exchange office.
