Step 1
First, you need to obtain the status of an individual entrepreneur. To do this, you need to contact the tax authority at your place of residence, provide the necessary list of documents and pay the state fee at any bank branch. Select a location for future activities. Pay attention to its location, whether the area is densely populated, whether residents will be able to pay for medical services. Having decided on the place of future work, think over the design of the premises, draw up a business plan, you will need to advertise your office. To do this, you can resort to the help of special firms or place ads in the media yourself.

The next step will be recruiting. You need to hire an accountant who will keep cash, record incoming funds, draw up reports, etc. Calculate how much it will cost you to open a private medical office, what expenses and incomes await you. You also need to hire at least one doctor, nurse, and administrator. Try to select highly qualified personnel, the presence of a clientele at the initial stages of activity will depend on this.

Carefully study the diplomas of specialists, the presence of higher medical categories, certificates of completion of advanced training courses, experience in this field of activity, experience of employees abroad, etc.

Explore the ranking of medical services offers. Decide for yourself whether it will be a multidisciplinary clinic or a service in a specific area, such as dentistry or gynecology. The organization of medical services for pensioners and children is gaining more and more popularity. You can conclude an agreement with a driving school and open a private medical office to conduct examinations of future drivers.

All communications must be carried out in the room. You can own it or rent it. For temporary use, you can register a room located in a municipal medical institution. If there is no such option, you can rent an apartment located on the ground floor with a bathroom and a separate exit. The premises that are owned must be formalized as non-residential. You need to contact the BTI, collect all documents proving ownership, and submit them for consideration to the Registration Chamber at your place of residence.

Next, contact Rospotrebnadzor. Write an application for an opinion on the compliance of medical activities with sanitary and epidemiological standards and rules. Submit for consideration the Lease agreement or Certificate of title to non-residential premises, tax certificates, medical record. The conclusion must be notarized. Sign a waste collection agreement with municipal services. In addition, contact the fire control service, provide them with a list of required documents and purchase a fire alarm.

Now buy medical equipment. It is advisable to contact serious manufacturers and reliable suppliers. Modern equipment is highly appreciated. Seek help from a professional, for example, a manager, whose services will cost 10% of the equipment price. It is not necessary to purchase new equipment, you can buy a used one.

Remember that any medical activity is subject to licensing. Collect documents proving the presence of premises, personnel, medical equipment and submit them to the Licensing Chamber. An examination will be carried out within 45 days, based on the results of which a decision on granting a license will be made.
Step 11
For each type of medical activity, a separate application for a license must be submitted, at the same time the accreditation of medical activities is carried out. The issuance of sick leave also requires a separate document confirming this right. The license is signed personally by the Head of the Licensing Chamber.
