Step 1
To replenish the card account in cash, most banks use special ATMs equipped with bill acceptors designed to replenish the balance. Find a similar ATM at the nearest branch of your bank. Step 2
Insert the card into the appropriate slot of the ATM, face up, according to the markings on the receiving device. Enter your personal code (PIN) to gain access to monetary transactions on your card.
Step 3
Select the "Account top-up" item in the ATM menu. Following the instructions on the screen of the device, insert the bills into the bill acceptor and wait for confirmation of their receipt on the display.
Step 4
Confirm the payment by clicking on the corresponding button on the device interface. As soon as the operation is completed, take a check, which will be a confirmation of the operation in case of problems when crediting funds. Press the "Return card" button to remove the card from the device. Funds crediting is completed.
Step 5
You can also deposit cash to your card by visiting a branch of your bank. To make a deposit, tell the employee your card number and the amount you want to deposit into the account. Show your passport for the transaction and give the money to the employee. The funds will be credited immediately or within 24 hours, depending on the time of the payment.
