Step 1

Develop an accounting policy, which must be approved by order or directive of the person responsible for keeping records. The adoption of the accounting policy is carried out within 90 days from the date of state registration of the company, regardless of the scope of its activities and the form of organization of accounting. In the accounting policy, a working chart of accounts is fixed, containing both synthetic and analytical accounts; forms of primary documents used to formalize business transactions for which standard forms of primary documents are not provided for by regulatory enactments, as well as forms of documents for internal reporting; the order of inventory and methods of assessing the property and liabilities of the company; rules and techniques of document flow and processing of accounting information; the procedure for monitoring the implementation of operations, and other solutions necessary for the high-quality organization of accounting.

Step 2

Capitalize the assets received as a contribution to the authorized capital of the enterprise, draw up the staffing table, issue orders for the appointment of a specific person to the post of chief accountant.

Step 3

In the staffing table, indicate the composition of the employees of the enterprise, their salaries, the size of the rates, allowances, positions. Next, draw up a record of labor contracts (including collective ones), and develop a procedure for additional payments. Use automated software systems, transfer document flow and accounting into electronic form.

Step 4

For each first-time employee, enter the appropriate documents for accounting for labor and wages (first of all, a work book and a personalized record card). Conclude and pay for social insurance contracts.
