Instructions
Step 1
Contact your ticket office and ask them to charge your metro pass. Provide the cashier with the relevant document for which the discount card was issued. For example, a student card or a pension book. Show your travel card or give it an individual number, indicate the amount of replenishment and pay.
Step 2
Get your charged card back from the cashier along with the receipt of payment. This document is required in case an error occurs with the number of passes.
Step 3
Use the dedicated terminal to charge your metro pass. This method will be much faster than through the checkout, where you sometimes have to stand in long queues. Top-up ATMs can be found at almost all metro stations.
Step 4
Insert your transit card into the slot in the terminal. When doing this, make sure that you hold the travel card correctly. Wait for the ATM service menu to load. Go to the main menu and select the "Transport card" section.
Step 5
Wait for the scan of your Metro pass to finish. The terminal will then give you a message with the card data and the number of discounted trips that you can still make on it. Click "Next".
Step 6
Explore the list of tariff plans and choose the one that matches your travel card. You will be asked to enter the required amount to charge the transit card. Enter the required amount of money into the special slot for notes.
Step 7
Wait for your metro pass to top up. After that, you will be prompted to print a receipt. Click "Print" and receive your receipt. It will serve as a guarantor in the event that the replenishment was incorrect or the required amount was not received on the account.
Step 8
Pick up your charged metro pass and enjoy the metro service with peace of mind.
