Many enterprises have employees who receive education by correspondence or part-time education. In accordance with the law, they are entitled to paid student leave, which is granted on the basis of a certificate-call from the educational institution. You need to accrue apprenticeship taking into account the average salary of an employee.
Instructions
Step 1
According to Art. 139 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, calculate the average earnings based on the actual wages accrued to him during the one year preceding the start of the study leave. In the calculation, take into account all types of payments that are provided for by the remuneration system at your enterprise. The types of payments that must be taken into account when calculating student's are listed in Art. 139 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and clause 2 of Resolution 213 of 11.04.03 “On the specifics of the procedure for calculating average wages”.
Step 2
Include student bonuses paid for the year in the calculation. Include monthly premiums in full, and premiums for the year, half year and quarter - in the amount of their monthly part. In the event that several bonuses were paid for the same indicator in one billing period, include in the calculation only one of them that is most beneficial for the employee.
Step 3
If there was an increase in salaries during the year, recalculate all payments for this period taking into account the increase rate. In the event that the increase did not occur during the billing period, but before the start date of the vacation, the average earnings must also be recalculated in a new way, taking into account the salary increase coefficient.
Step 4
In some cases, stipulated in clause 4 of Regulation No. 213, periods of time and amounts accrued for them are excluded from the calculation of the amount of average earnings. Please note that these include, for example, periods when an employee did not work due to downtime, received temporary disability benefits or additional paid days to care for children with disabilities.
Step 5
Use in the calculation of student average daily wages, which is determined as the result of dividing the average annual wages by 12 months and 29, 4. This indicator is the average annual number of days in a month, established by Art. 139 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. To calculate vacation pay, multiply the average daily wage by the number of days of student leave, which is determined by the call certificate.
