In principle, IP closure is not such a long procedure. But in order to do everything right, you need to have some knowledge.
Instructions
Step 1
First you need to download on the Internet and fill out the Application Form P26001.
With the completed form and passport, go to the notary. There you will have to pay for document confirmation.
Step 2
Now you need to go to the tax office and take an extract from the USRIP from them, it is prepared 3-5 working days.
Step 3
Next, we go to the FIU. There, employees will ask you what date you close, and using the program, they will calculate the amount of pension contributions that must be paid.
If you had employees, you need to fire them, and go to the MHIF and FSS, PFR with work books, take medical insurance policies from the employees, hand them over to the insurance company. Pay all debts on insurance premiums, bring to the FIU and take a certificate of the absence of debt, without it the individual entrepreneur will not be closed.
When I closed the IP, they only demanded from me a certificate from the pension fund about the payment of all contributions. There were small tax debts, but I paid them off later, after the IP was closed.
Step 4
Take a receipt for payment of the state duty for the liquidation of an individual entrepreneur, pay.
Step 5
If you have opened a current account, close it and bring a certificate of closing the account. I was given such a certificate only the next day, after writing the application.
Step 6
Fill in a file the Application Form P26001 signed by a notary, a passport, a receipt for payment of state duty and a certificate from the pension fund, a certificate of closing a bank account, a certificate of an individual entrepreneur.
When all your documents are accepted, the individual entrepreneur will be closed within five working days. You will be given a termination certificate. All debts will have to be paid. Closing an individual entrepreneur does not mean getting rid of debts.
