Step 1

Step 2

Contact the Federal Pension Fund of the Russian Federation. Check all the tax deductions that you have listed in the implementation of your activities. Get a certificate confirming that you have no debt, and all funds were received in the budget on time.

Step 3

Terminate your social security health fund contracts with other social companies you have worked with. If you were engaged in an activity that required civil liability insurance, submit a written application to terminate the contract due to the termination of activities as a legal entity or individual entrepreneur. Get a certificate from all organizations that all contributions have been paid in full and that there are no debts for the company.

Step 4

Pay the state fee for termination services. Contact the territorial tax office again, fill out the declaration of the unified form 3-NDFL.

Step 5

Within 7 calendar days, they will make changes to the register and mark that your activity as a legal entity or individual entrepreneur has been terminated. Based on this, you will receive the entire package of documents that have ever been transferred to the territorial office of the tax inspectorate.

Step 6

If you were denied the return of your documents, apply to the arbitration court with a statement of claim. On the basis of a court order, you will be issued with the return of all originals and photocopies of documents stored in the tax authorities (Federal Law No. 154-F3 of July 9, 1999).
