Instructions
Step 1
Depending on the bank, a loan can be issued to people of retirement age according to two documents - a passport and a pension certificate. Usually, the issued amounts do not exceed 50-100 thousand rubles.
Step 2
The loan is issued for different periods, depending on the conditions of the bank, from 3 months to several years. Banks' requirements for the borrower's age range from 65 to 75 years old at the time of loan repayment. A pensioner must be a citizen of the Russian Federation, permanently reside in the territory of the Russian Federation and have a permanent registration.
Step 3
To obtain a loan, you should contact the bank, fill out a questionnaire and write an application. If the required loan amount is small, the application can be approved within a few hours and other documents, in addition to a passport and pension certificate, will not be required.
Step 4
If a pensioner wants to get a significant amount of money on credit, then a certificate of income, a certificate from the place of work, if the pensioner works, will be required. In some cases, the borrower may be asked to have a guarantor.
Step 5
The bank's decision to grant a large loan amount depends on the income of the pensioner and on the income of his guarantors. Consideration of the application may take 7 working days. At this time, the bank's security service checks the accuracy of all submitted information.
Step 6
If the amount of income is insufficient to receive the requested loan or the bank doubts that the loan will be repaid, then the provision of funds may be refused or they will be asked to issue a collateral equivalent to the amount issued. The loan pledge is governed by the provisions of Article 338 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, since the pledged property remains in the use of the borrower. The registration of the pledge is carried out in accordance with Article 339 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Step 7
Also, banking structures have the right to request an additional package of documents, for example, a certificate from a particular doctor. But usually, if a deposit is made in the form of expensive property, then the requirement for additional documents disappears.
