Step 1

Step 3

Submit payment documents (receipts, bank statements) confirming the payment of the mortgage loan.

Step 4

Submit a mortgage agreement, where the amount of the mortgage loan and interest on it must be entered.

Step 5

Submit a 2-NDFL certificate from the place of work, in which the earnings for the previous six months must be entered. The document must be signed by the head of the company, the chief accountant and the seal of the organization.

Step 6

In the "Declaration" program, indicate the number of the tax service at your place of residence, indicate the type of declaration, which in this case corresponds to 3-NDFL. Check the box from the list of signs of a taxpayer another individual, from the lists of documents confirming your income, select certificates of income of an individual or certificates of civil law contracts.

In the information about the declarant, enter your last name, first name, patronymic in accordance with the identity document, date, place of your birth and taxpayer identification number. After pressing the button "proceed to entering amounts", indicate the amount of expenses for the purchase of real estate, the amount of expenses for repayment of a mortgage loan in accordance with the supporting documents.

Step 11

Submit a completed declaration with the required package of documents to the tax office, and within a certain period you will receive thirteen percent of the amount of expenses, but not more than 130 thousand rubles.
