Any business community in its development comes to the idea of joint problem solving. This can be the coordination of joint actions in the market, the formation of performance standards, legal and information support for business structures, and so on. An association of entrepreneurs can become one of the forms of formation of a future union.

Instructions
Step 1
Take the lead in building an organized business community. Conduct negotiations with representatives of the business community to find out the degree of their interest in such cooperation. The criterion for the formation of a community can be the similarity of types of business, a territorial feature, personal connections. At this stage, it is important to create an initiative group.
Step 2
Outline the range of tasks that the newly created association of entrepreneurs will be able to solve. It is important that the objectives of the organization and the questions proposed for resolution are relevant and reflect the needs of all its intended participants. It is desirable that the association includes specialists in the field of finance, law, tax accounting. The variety of activities represented in the union will ensure the interest of its members in mutually beneficial cooperation and mutual assistance.
Step 3
Instruct the initiative group to prepare a package of constituent documents of the association. As a non-profit association of legal entities, this organization must have its own Charter, a governing body (assembly) and a permanent executive body. Provide in the Charter the possibility for the association to conduct all types of activities not prohibited by law. When preparing the main documents, be guided by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Law "On Non-Commercial Organizations".
Step 4
Conduct a founding meeting with advance notice of the place and time of the meeting, as well as of the agenda. The outcome of the meeting should be a protocol containing the decision on the establishment of the association, as well as on the selection of its governing bodies.
Step 5
Submit a package of documents to the regional body of the Ministry of Justice, including an application of the established form, information about the founders of the association, minutes of the constituent assembly, and a receipt for payment of the registration fee. Wait until the registration of the legal entity is completed, which is drawn up by the appropriate certificate.
Step 6
After receiving the certificate of registration, register the association with tax records, as well as with the pension fund, compulsory medical and social insurance funds. Get a certificate on the assignment of OKVED codes to the organization. Order a seal, and then open a current account, be sure to notify the tax authority. After the completion of the formalities, the association has the right to carry out its statutory activities in full.
