The process takes, on average, 5-6 months. An alternative option is to buy a ready-made car wash with a full package of documents or rent it.
Step 2
Of the equipment, you will need an apparatus for cleaning and recirculating water, high-pressure devices without heating and with heated water, a vacuum cleaner, and a washing vacuum cleaner. To organize wastewater treatment, you can conclude an agreement with the city water utility. It is recommended to purchase the equipment from official manufacturers who have product certificates and their own service center. It should be calculated for an operational period of 3 years.
Step 3
A car wash for 2 posts requires 8 car washes and 2 administrators (reception and delivery of cars). It takes about 20 minutes to service one machine. As a rule, personnel are hired without special training. Experience is gained in the process. However, there are companies that organize training courses for car wash employees.

Consider providing services such as salon dry cleaning, polishing, free internet, cafes, car service. They will require additional costs, but they will also bring benefits in the form of competitive advantage and profits.
