Step 1
Determine the legal organizational form for your own small business. In this case, there are many different options: from the creation of a partnership to a unitary enterprise.
Step 2
Come up with a name for your organization so that it is easy to remember, small, and reflects the core business of the company.
Step 3
Set clear goals for the enterprise and what the content of its activities will consist of. Find the most suitable type of activity for your company.
Step 4
Analyze what size of authorized capital you need, that is, how much money you need to open an organization. Think over how the authorized capital will be divided: into shares or shares of the founders.
Step 5
Pay the required fee for the state registration of the company. This duty is determined in accordance with the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. Save your receipt for this contribution.
Step 6
Collect all the necessary documents to register your business. Write an application for registration with government agencies in accordance with the established form. In this case, this application must be signed by the applicant and the signature must be certified by a notary.
Step 7
In the application, confirm that the submitted constituent documents are drawn up in accordance with the requirements that apply to similar documents of this organizational legal form. Also note that the established procedure was followed when creating a company (legal entity). Please note that with your signature you certify that all information contained in the documents, as well as in the application itself, is accurate.
Step 8
Attach to the application for registration and constituent documents receipts for the payment of the fee, the decision to create this legal entity. This document must be executed in the form of a protocol or contract. Submit all collected documents to the registration authority.
