So, to obtain a license for communication services, contact the Roskomnadzor division in your region with an application for a license. Attach the following documents to the application: - constituent documents, - certificate of state registration of a legal entity, - certificate of registration with a tax authority, - Goskomstat codes, - an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, - documents confirming the payment of the license fee for consideration of the application and for issuance licenses, - a scheme for constructing communication networks, - a description of services and a communication network, - a description of communication facilities, - a plan and economic justification for the development of a communication network, - a decision of the State Commission on Radio Frequencies on the allocation of a radio frequency band.

Please note that the license fee for reviewing an application for a license is 300 rubles. For the issuance of a license for the provision of communication services using radio frequencies intended for television broadcasting and radio broadcasting, you will have to pay 1000 rubles. for each constituent entity of the Russian Federation, on the territory of which communication services will be provided. In other cases, the cost of the license is 15,000 rubles. for each entity on which, according to the license, these services will be provided.

Consideration of the application by Roskomnadzor is carried out within 30-75 days, depending on the type of license. After making a positive decision, he will send a notification to your address, where the license number will be indicated. That is, from this moment you can start working. Directly, the license form is produced within 45 days after the decision of Roskomnadzor is made.
