The first thing you should do is make a plan for how to make your idea come true. Write down the points according to which you will act. Calculate how much money you will spend to implement your idea.
The second thing you should do is do some trial sales. This is necessary in order to see how your business will progress in the future. Implement the project in such a way that later you will have a profit from it.
The third thing you should do is to analyze your plan, make some amendments to it (add something, remove or correct something). Some points can be included in the plan, but in life it will not work, then you need to find another way out of this situation.
The fourth thing you must do is create another point of sale. And this time your business will go completely differently, because at the first sale you analyzed what did not work out and made conclusions.
