If, when registering a particular product in the Sberbank of Russia (deposit, loan, current account), you were issued a passbook, this document is required for your identification, a passport is not enough. Therefore, a lost or damaged passbook must be restored. To do this, contact the bank branch that issued it with a passport and an agreement on the banking product to which it was issued.

- - an application in any form or in the form of a bank.
Instructions
Step 1
Identify yourself in the Sberbank Online system if you are a user of it.
Step 2
Open the application menu and select the option for issuing a duplicate passbook, fill it out and send it to the bank for execution.
Step 3
If you wish, write an application for a duplicate passbook in any form. Indicate in it the name and number of the bank branch in which the savings book was opened, your last name, first name, patronymic, passport data and registration address, the banking product to which the savings book is linked, the output data of the banking services agreement, the name of the deposit, account or loan, a request to restore the passbook and the reason for the appeal (in connection with the loss or deterioration) and sign it. However, you can write a statement directly at the bank, so you can skip this step.
Step 4
Visit the bank with a passport and an agreement regarding the banking product for which you need to restore the passbook.
Step 5
Tell the clerk about your desire to receive a duplicate passbook due to the loss or damage to the original.
Step 6
Show the operator your passport and contract.
Step 7
Write an application in any form or on the form offered by the operator, if you did not submit it through Sberbank Online and did not write it before visiting the bank.
Step 8
Pay for the service at the rates of the bank directly to the teller or to the cashier of the branch.
Step 9
Get a duplicate passbook.
