Instructions
Step 1
Evaluate the demand for such services in your city. Determine the level of possible competition. Check out the laws in force (especially the Education Law). Determine the age and quality composition of your future students (level of language proficiency).
Step 2
Draw up an approximate school timetable, calculate the number of full-time and freelance units (for example, teachers invited to teach individual studies in regional studies, etc.). This will be necessary when choosing the future premises for the school. In addition, do not forget that groups for language training should be no more than 10 people, and for successful classes you will need a language laboratory. Rent a suitable space. Draw up a business plan for your enterprise, evaluate its profitability.
Step 3
Contact your local tax authorities and register a legal entity (LEU), get a certificate of registration (OGRN), statistics codes. Register the seal of your educational institution with the MCI.
Step 4
Buy or rent all the necessary equipment (language laboratory kits, projectors, computers, office equipment). Buy furniture for your school, taking into account what age groups will study in your school and taking into account its technical equipment. Purchase specialized literature: textbooks for your chosen program, exercise books, visual aids. Be sure to purchase photo and video materials on electronic media, computer training programs and tests.
Step 5
Advertise in the media about recruiting teachers. Indicate in the ads the requirements that you set for potential employees (work experience, experience of internships abroad, the availability of recommendations, etc.). Conduct faculty interviews yourself or, if you only plan to perform administrative functions, with the help of invited experts.
Step 6
Obtain a license to provide services from your local Department of Education. Submit the following documents for this:
- application;
- a list of programs for which training will be carried out;
- staffing table and information about the approximate number of students;
- information about the school premises (address, conclusions on fire safety and sanitary conditions, technical conditions);
- information about the level of provision of education with literature and about the level of material and technical equipment of the school (original extract from the balance sheet);
- information about teachers;
- originals of documents confirming the official legal status of the school (NOU).
Step 7
Place an advertisement in the media for school enrollment.
