If your bank does not have such access on the website, come to one of the branches in person. Take your passport and loan agreement with you.

To obtain a credit statement, contact an operator who will be able to provide you with comprehensive information. This service is usually free of charge.

If you are the owner of credit through ATM. It will be faster than paperwork through a bank employee. Find one of your bank's ATMs, you can often find ATMs in the metro, they are also in every bank branch.
Step 6
Insert the card into the ATM and enter the pin code. If the code is correct, a menu will appear on the screen. Select the "Check Balance" or "Account Statement" button. After a few seconds, the ATM will return your card and issue a check, which will indicate your account balance. Don't forget to pick up your card from the ATM.
