Instructions

Step 1

You can purchase and top up a transport card at specialized service centers, top-up points (Russian Post, bank branches, self-service terminals, etc.). Payment for a trip with a Transport card is carried out only if the required amount is available on the card balance, therefore it must be replenished in a timely manner.

Step 2

State Unitary Enterprise "Mosgortrans" cards can be replenished using a self-service terminal. Insert your card into the reader on the terminal (it is usually marked with a picture with a yellow circle), select the number of trips you need or the term for its replenishment (from 30 to 365 days). Insert one bill into the receiver and click "Pay". Remember that the terminal does not give change, but the amount exceeding the cost of the selected number of trips can be deposited into the mobile phone account.

Step 3

You can top up a bank card with a transport application in the same way as a regular debit card. Just insert the card into the ATM of your bank, enter the pin-code, select the option "Account replenishment" and insert the required amount into the bill acceptor. Within an hour, the money will be credited to the account, and the paid number of trips will become available to you.

Step 4

Contact the replenishment point, for example, by mail and deposit the required amount to the card account. The credited amount, when replenished, is added to the balance on the Transport Card. It is recommended to keep the receipt received when purchasing and replenishing the card until the end of the paid period.

Step 5

Payment for the trip is made by self-service, with the help of a conductor or a driver of a vehicle. To do this, fix the card for a few seconds on the reader of the transport terminal, which is located at the conductor, and then receive a ticket.

Step 6

The service life of a transport card with its intended use is 3 years, while if transactions for payment of a transport card are not carried out within 12 months, then it is blocked, and the balance of funds on the card is not returned to the holder.
