If you do not yet have a certificate of state pension insurance at the time of employment, you can apply for it through your employer. You will only need to fill out the form and give it to the company representative, who, along with a copy of your passport, will take it to the pension fund office. In two weeks you will be given a certificate on which his number will be indicated.
Step 2
If you have lost SNILS, you can restore it through your employer. But it will take time. And if you need the certificate number immediately to conclude an employment contract or a civil law contract, contact the financial service at your previous place of work, where they will tell you your state pension insurance certificate number.

If you have lost your certificate and you need the number for other reasons, not for employment, contact the office of the pension fund in person to restore it. You will be told the number of the certificate right away, since after restoration it will remain the same.
Step 4
If you are an insurer (employer) and you need a state pension insurance certificate number for an employee, you can draw up documents for him as if you are doing it for the first time and take it to the branch of the pension fund. Of course, they will refuse you in registration, but they will still name the certificate number.
Step 5
In addition, annually, the branch of the pension fund sends to all insured citizens notifications about the state of the individual personal account. This notice also indicates the number of the state pension insurance certificate.
