Failure to comply with the norms established by the state, an entrepreneur engaged in the trade of meat can also "get" a rather serious fine. So what documents are needed to carry out such activities?

Meat products are food products for which special and very strict requirements are put forward, and the fines for non-compliance are very high, and an entrepreneur may even lose a license to trade in meat. The primary set of documents: the actual food trade license itself, a general permit for financial activities and a permit certificate from the SES service. In order to get the first paper, you need to contact the Licensing Chamber, which has branches in every city. But you should know that obtaining a permit is a rather long process and can take a whole year, and a large number of papers will be required from an entrepreneur.
Step 2
In the Licensing Chamber, the entrepreneur will definitely be asked for an application completed in the prescribed form (do not forget about preliminary approval in the local municipality), a copy of the registration of a legal entity (usually an individual entrepreneur or LLC), copies of the company's constituent documents with notarization. It should also be remembered that an application for a license must be signed only by the owner of the company. At the discretion of the staff and management of the Licensing Chamber, other documents may also be requested from you.
Step 3
It is also quite possible to require the presentation of an original certificate received from the tax service and concerning the fact of the entrepreneur's registration. If you already have some stocks or raw materials for future trade, then you will also need to obtain a priority certificate from the territorial department of Rospotrebnadzor. In the future, in accordance with the established legislative norms, such a permit must be obtained for each batch of products.
Step 4
As for the documentation for the implementation of private entrepreneurial activity, you should apply for it to the Office of one or another administrative district on the territory of which the place of trade is located. Moreover, obtaining such a permit is a one-time: so, if before that you were selling meat products not of your own production and have already received such documents, you will not need to go through this procedure again.
