Vegetarians rejoice: meat, despite clear instructions from the very top, continues to rise in price. For the price recommended by the prime minister, you can buy meat only on spontaneous markets or directly from producers. Which, for obvious reasons, no one is in a hurry to do, so this product is only gaining points in value. Is there a real opportunity to make money on meat?

Step 1
Organize your farm. The minimum required documents, all possible problems will begin later. However, no profitable business exists without a good initial investment. And if you don’t skimp on good workers and specialists, then your farm will work like clockwork.
Step 2
Find good suppliers. The village and district administration will be able to help you with this. If you are lucky enough to find a common language with the leaders, then all the best orders for the supply of meat are yours. Many of them really root for the village, and the feasible help in agricultural work, coming from you, will pay off handsomely afterwards.
Step 3
Sign contracts with processing plants. Many enterprises often, even with small capacities, suffer from a lack of quality raw materials and reliable suppliers.
Step 4
Sign contracts with shops and supermarkets. They are usually quite willing to help aspiring entrepreneurs. Moreover, if the store already has a permit to trade in meat, you are freed from unnecessary paperwork.
Step 5
Start selling meat in the city market on your own as a producer. To do this, equip a small workshop for the primary processing of carcasses and a refrigeration unit. Agree with the market administration to work as a manufacturer. If the documents for your meat are in order (from the regional veterinary service and the SES), and you follow the price market policy, then you will be able to establish sales.

Hire sellers or trade yourself. To do this, you will need to visit the SES again, as well as take from the Committee for the Protection of Consumer Rights a license to distribute food products and a trade permit from the administration of the city in which you are going to trade. And of course, register scales and cash register with the tax office.
Step 7
Deal with the supply of meat from producers to processors and markets. Of course, in this market, as in any other in our time, sometimes laws operate that are far from classical economic theories, so at first you will have to be the servant of not even two, but three masters: the market (or enterprise) with which you have entered into supply agreement, other buyers of meat and the village administration. However, try to gradually bring the price (it is usually very underestimated) to the real one. Your income will not suffer from this, as the number of suppliers who want to sell you meat at a better price will increase. The main thing is to be honest with everyone.
