If you understand that you lack knowledge and experience for your chosen area, do not give it up just for this reason. Knowledge can be acquired by graduating from a university, decent courses or, in the end, by studying on your own. Get experience - getting a job in the chosen direction. For example, if you are eager to become the owner of a chain of supermarkets, it makes sense to first find a job as a seller in such a store, while studying at the evening or correspondence department of the Faculty of Management, or, for starters, at a trade college. Remind yourself constantly of who you want to become and how much you intend to earn in order to make your difficult path to career heights a little easier.

If you already have both experience and knowledge, but your bosses still do not promote you, or you do not earn amounts that, in your understanding, can be called "decent money", then you will either have to change your job before it’s too late, and now choose really what you like, or master related specialties in order to become an irreplaceable specialist in your field.

You can, of course, try to make some decent money by investing in stocks, playing on the foreign exchange market, buying and selling real estate. But, unfortunately, in order for such options to really pay off and become profitable, you will have to spend not only time, but also considerable funds. And a lot of money will help you earn much more if you invest it in education and your own business.
