When building large production facilities, it is necessary to approach the matter taking into account the specifics of a particular production. So, the requirements for the shop for the manufacture of confectionery products should differ from the requirements for the device for the production of garments or stone products. The construction of workshops is a responsible and serious process that requires appropriate experience and equipment.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare tools and equipment required for construction and installation work. Regardless of the material from which the walls of the structure will be made, you need accurate measuring instruments, for example, a laser building level or a multifunctional device (level). There is no need to buy machines and complex construction equipment - they can be rented for the duration of construction.

Step 2

Select the material for the construction of the workshop. As a rule, in the construction of industrial facilities, structures made of concrete blocks or metal are used. In some cases, it is convenient to use a light galvanized steel profile. Use ordinary slabs or metal sheets as a roof. Make window openings spacious and wide so that as much light as possible gets into the room.

Step 3

Think over and calculate the device of the ventilation system. This is one of the crucial moments in the construction of the workshop. Regardless of whether the workshop will be carried out chemical processing of leather products or metal cutting, the room must be well ventilated.

Step 4

Determine what the workshop lighting will be like. In addition to natural, you will need to arrange an artificial lighting system. It should be both general and local, close to the workplace. The level of illumination will depend, among other things, on the efficiency of the participants in the production process, and therefore on labor productivity.

Step 5

Provide a smooth, level and solid floor in the workshop area, especially if heavy equipment is to be installed in the workshop. If the production technology is supposed to use water, provide a slight slope and bends for draining process water. Place underlays for units and machines on the prepared floor.

Step 6

The walls should be finished in a simple and functional style. Do not use flammable materials, including paints, for wall cladding. The only items on the walls are manufacturing instructions and safety posters.

Step 7

For storage of production materials and tools, provide separate pantries, access to which should only be available to those workers who are directly involved in the production process.

Step 8

Equip the workshop with fire extinguishing equipment. You will need a box of sand, fire extinguishers, buckets, axes and shovels.
