The food processing workshop is one of the most complex types of business. This is not unreasonable for many entrepreneurs. Any production is complex in itself and requires manual adjustment of all internal technological processes. But when it comes to opening a food production facility, you have to double your efforts.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, contact the local department of Rospotrebnadzor and consult the requirements of which regulatory documents your future workshop must meet. You will be given a list of GOST and SanPiN - sanitary and epidemiological standards and rules. In order to open a workshop correctly, study all the requirements that apply to your food production plant before you start looking for a suitable facility.
Step 2
Simultaneously with the search for premises, engage in the selection of personnel. If you yourself are not a technologist in your chosen field of activity, the first person who makes sense to find is a production technologist. His responsibilities will include compliance and adjustment of technological processes, corresponding to GOST and TU, for the production of products. In the future, the technologist can become your deputy for a certain range of issues.
Step 3
After you have dealt with the regulatory documentation, move from bureaucratic procedures to business issues that will help you quickly open a shop and start its work: • Get the necessary equipment for food production;
• Find suppliers of raw materials and agree on the terms of shipment;
• Find sales of your products and constantly expand it;
• Establish a distribution of goods from the shop to the customers. By and large, working in the food production department, these basic issues and all the smaller ones that follow from them, have to be dealt with constantly. After a while, this will become a familiar routine for you.
Step 4
At any of the stages described, you can also take up the official registration of the workshop's activities. We are talking about choosing a legal form, a tax system, opening current accounts and purchasing a cash register, as well as issues of certification of products in accordance with the GOST R.
