Step 1
Register as a private entrepreneur to open a taxi service. This method is the easiest and cheapest way to run your own business.
Step 2
Write an application for the right to do business. It must be signed and notarized. Also, this application must contain the appropriate OKVED codes provided for individual entrepreneurs. From them it will be possible to determine the type of your entrepreneurial activity.
Step 3
Decide which tax system you would like to apply in your company. As a rule, individual entrepreneurs choose the simplified tax system (simplified taxation system).
Step 4
Come up with a name for your company. It should be small, original, easy to remember and reflect the field of activity.
Step 5
Write a business project. In it, analyze the development of your private enterprise - a taxi service. Describe the strengths and then the weaknesses of the company. Identify its opportunities and risks. Then, develop a strategy for the firm in such a way as to minimize risks, but take advantage of all the opportunities and strengths of the organization. Calculate the payback period of the company, what amount is needed as the authorized capital.
Step 6
Collect the necessary set of documents that you, along with the application, provide to the state authorities for registration of an individual entrepreneur: passport, TIN, receipt of payment of the state duty. Additionally, you can provide a business plan (if you have it written). This document is not always required when opening a private business.
Step 7
Attach to the main package of documents an application for the transition to a simplified taxation system. If this is not done on time, then you will be automatically assigned a general taxation system, and you will be able to change it only after a year.
Step 8
Purchase the necessary equipment for the office (dispatch service) and cars. Hire employees. Then order good advertising to attract customers.
