It is best to avoid getting in arrears by paying all bills on time. If it does appear, it is necessary to deposit the required amount in any possible way: in cash at the cash desk or through a bank, by transfer, through a terminal. The set of options for replenishing a personal or credit account depends on the organization to which you owe.
It is necessary
- - details for transferring the payment;
- - personal account number (if applicable);
- - money
Instructions
Step 1
Debts for utilities can be paid by depositing cash through Sberbank or by mail, and in most regions also through the terminals of the said Sberbank and other instant payment devices.
When repaying a debt through Sberbank or by mail, you are required to present an invoice to the operator and transfer the required amount.
When using the terminal, you select in the menu on the screen the appropriate payment purpose (utilities) and the recipient of the money (management company, city telephone network, regional gas service, vodokanal, etc.), enter the personal account number and, if the data on the screen matches yours, deposit money.
In Sberbank terminals, you can bring the barcode on the account to the reader, and pay with a SB card.
Step 2
If you are repaying a debt on a bank loan product, you can find out the full range of possible methods at your bank: on its website, in a call center, in letters from the bank addressed to you (for example, notifications of overdue payments).
Choose the most convenient and least expensive one from the available ones.
Step 3
Among the least expensive ones can be called account replenishment through the bank's cash desk, its ATM (if you have a card and the function of accepting money), from another account in a credit institution or terminal.
To deposit money through the cashier, you need to present your passport to the cashier and, if you have a bank card or an analogue of a savings book, transfer the money and tell which account you are replenishing or on which product you are making a payment.
When replenishing through an ATM, insert the card into the device and enter the PIN code. Then select the cash deposit option from the menu on the screen and insert the money into the bill acceptor or enter the amount using the keyboard, put the bills in an envelope, and that one into a special hole.
Step 4
Using the bank terminal, you need to swipe the card over the reader or enter a 20-digit account from the keyboard. Then select the option to replenish the account, check the information that appears on the screen. If it is correct, give the command for payment, insert money one by one into the receiving hole, check the amount on the screen and complete the payment by pressing the desired key.
When repaying a loan through a third-party terminal, the appropriate option is selected, the bank from the proposed list and the account number is entered. Then bills are inserted, the amount is checked and a command is given to pay.
Step 5
To repay the loan at the post office, you will need to inform the employee of the post office of the name of the bank, account number and the amount of payment.
When replenishing through a third-party bank - details (the name of the credit institution and its BIC may be enough), account number and amount. When transferring from your account in another bank, you must also present your passport and other identifiers (card, passbook and a similar document, if available).
Forming a payment in the Internet banking of your own or a third-party bank is also not difficult. The required data is entered into the system interface.
