For control, you can, if the situation permits, regularly meet with tenants and look at the originals of invoices and documents confirming their payment. Or arrange for scans of all these papers to be sent to you by e-mail.

In a situation where the apartment is empty, you can make payments by bank transfer. To do this, you will need a current account with any Russian credit institution, presumably working with utility bills. If there is an Internet client, payments can be made from anywhere in the world where there is access to the global network and a socket for a laptop.
You only need payment details, which you can take from the most recent invoices.
Step 4
Leave your neighbors, friends or acquaintances the key to the mailbox and regularly contact them to clarify the amount of next payments. Ideal if they have the technical ability and skills to scan invoices and email them to you.
