Step 1
If you are not yet the owner of a bank card, then first of all, study the offers of banks. Most financial institutions offer tariff plans that are very beneficial specifically for the elderly category of citizens. For example, social debit cards or savings - retirement cards. Depending on the tariff plan, you will be charged monthly interest, or various discounts will be provided for the purchase of goods or payment for services.
Step 2
To apply for a bank card, apply to the bank branch with your passport and pension certificate and write a corresponding application. The bank employee will carry out all the necessary operations for its registration and attaching an account to it, will give you a username, password, the card itself and the details necessary for crediting funds to it.

With these documents, as well as your passport and pension certificate, contact the branch of the pension fund at your place of residence. In the name of the head of the organization, write a statement in two copies, in which indicate the bank details and the account number to which you want to transfer the pension. Leave one copy of the application for yourself, having previously asked a specialist to make a note on it that the documents have been accepted from you, the date, signature and seal of the organization. This will be a guarantee that your application will not be lost, and your pension will be transferred to your card in a timely manner. In addition, if necessary, attach a copy of the bank details and your account number to the application.

If you applied to the pension fund with an application for transferring your pension to a bank card a few days before the pension was accrued, then most likely you will receive it in the same mode (to your savings book or through a post office). But next month your pension will already be transferred to your card.
