In accordance with the Law on Labor Pensions, all citizens, regardless of whether they are unemployed or engaged in labor activities, have the right to receive an old-age pension. It is a monthly cash payment designed to support people's livelihoods.
Instructions
Step 1
If you are unemployed, you have the right to receive an old-age pension early, but not earlier than two years before the statutory retirement date. Consequently, unemployed women can expect to receive an old-age pension upon reaching 53 years of age with a total length of service of at least 20 years, men - upon reaching 58 years of age with a total length of service of at least 25 years.
Step 2
Please note that an early retirement pension can only be issued if the basic conditions are met: - recognition of a citizen as unemployed, - lack of employment opportunities at the employment center, - unemployed work experience that allows early retirement, - unemployment reaching the specified age - the dismissal of a citizen in connection with the liquidation of the organization or the layoff of the staff, - the consent of the unemployed to his sending him to retirement. If at least one of the conditions is not met, then the early registration of an old-age pension is not made.
Step 3
Apply to the Pension Fund of your place of residence with an application for a pension. It is submitted not earlier than the month of the onset of retirement age. If you submit an application after the onset of retirement age, then you will be assigned a pension only from the moment you submit it.
Step 4
Attach the following documents to the application: - passport, - work book, - certificate indicating your average monthly salary for 60 consecutive months before January 1, 2002 during any period of employment, - certificate of residence, - documents confirming the change of surname, first name, patronymic, - pension insurance certificate. In addition, it is necessary to submit the offer of the employment center, signed by you, to send an unemployed citizen to an old-age pension. You may also be required to provide other documents necessary for the appointment of a pension, for example, a certificate confirming the establishment of a disability.
