A Visa card is a universal "access key" to a bank account. That is, for each card there is a unique account to which it is linked. You can find out the number of this account in several ways.
Instructions
Step 1
The account number to which the plastic card is linked is rather confidential information that should be disclosed only to those persons and organizations with whom you carry out your financial transactions. In order to find out the account of the Visa card, open the special envelope that you received at the bank along with the plastic card. The envelope (or, in some cases, on the envelope) will contain a twenty-digit number, which is the number of the current account of your plastic card. In addition to the number, this column indicates the currency of this personal account - Russian ruble (RUR), American dollar (USD), or others. Rewrite the account number from the envelope in order to avoid losing it, since it will be quite problematic to get information about the account number of a plastic card.
Step 2
If you have lost the envelope with the account number, and there are no records about it anywhere, you can find out by contacting the bank that owns your plastic card. In order to facilitate this task, please contact exactly the branch of the bank in which you received this card. The issuance of relevant information is made upon presentation of a passport, to confirm that you are the owner of this card, as well as the card itself, or its number indicated on the front side. In some cases, to obtain this type of information, you will have to say the code word you specified in your card application. After checking your personal data and receiving a response to the corresponding request in the banking system, the operator will give you information about the Visa card account number.
Step 3
It is impossible to obtain information about the Visa card account number in any other way, since this information is confidential and can only be obtained by the cardholder.
