"Mobile Bank" is a service provided by Sberbank for monitoring transactions carried out via a mobile phone. With the help of the Mobile Bank, the user has the opportunity to receive notifications about the transactions and transfer funds both to his own mobile phone and to cards of other Sberbank clients.
Instructions
Step 1
By default, Mobile Bank is not included in the package of free services from the bank, but you can always connect it at the Sberbank office or using the corresponding function at the ATM.
Step 2
Go to the nearest Sberbank office and contact a client consultant. The employee will advise you on the services included in the "Mobile Bank", and will also allow you to instantly connect a standard or extended package to use the service.
Step 3
You can also insert the card into any Sberbank ATM and go to the Sberbank Online or Mobile Bank section. In the list of offered options, select the "Connect the service" section, and then enter the phone number on which you want to use the service. After you finish working with the ATM, you will see a notification about the successful connection, and after a while you will receive a corresponding SMS notification.
Step 4
To check the status of the service, call your bank's support phone number. To pay for mobile communication using your phone, indicate the amount of your payment in an SMS message and send it to the short number 900.
Step 5
You can also check the numbers connected to your bank account using the Sberbank Online service. You can also get a login and password to your personal account through any ATM of the Sberbank network.
Step 6
Enter your username and password on the service website, and then click the "Login" button to log in. As soon as the site interface is loaded, you will see a list of suggested options in the top panel of the site. Click on the Mobile Banking tab.
Step 7
The next page will display a list of numbers connected by your cards and deposits. You can also see the status of the service. Setting up and checking the Sberbank Online service has been completed.
