Step 1
First, go to www.moedelo.org and go through the registration process. As a result, the system will offer you 4 required documents at once. This is an application for starting a sole proprietorship (offered in two formats at once - PDF and XLSX); application for the transition to the simplified taxation system (STS) in the same formats; a receipt for payment of the state duty and detailed instructions on how to proceed. The amount of the state duty for opening an individual entrepreneur is 800 rubles.
Step 2
After you fill out the required applications, carefully check all the information that is indicated in them. It is necessary that the correct information is reflected in all lines. If you are in doubt that you will be able to fill out this document correctly, consult with experts.
Step 3
Enter special codes in your application, which are called OKVED codes. You can prescribe them in the application as much as you like. However, this does not mean that you need to completely rewrite the entire table. First of all, indicate the code that denotes the main type of your activity. Typically, it has three main digits. The rest that you can see are subcodes, and they relate directly to your activity. So they can be written out too.
Step 4
When you check the correctness of filling out the documents, print them. At the same time, the application for opening an individual entrepreneur and a receipt for state duty in 1 copy, and an application for the simplified tax system - in 2 copies. Sew the application for the opening of the IP, be sure to fold the thread several times. Then glue a small piece of paper on the reverse side, on which you need to indicate that "such and such a number of sheets are stitched and numbered." Sign.
Step 5
Pay the state fee receipt. You can do this at any savings bank, or you can directly at the Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service, where the terminal is installed. And it is to this organization that you will need to bring your documents. It is located at the address: 125373, Moscow, Pokhodny proezd, vld. 3, building 1. Also take your passport and TIN with you.
Step 6
Submit your documents to a specialist. You will be informed when you can collect them back. The verification process usually takes about 2 weeks. After that, you will only have to open a current bank account.
