Instructions

Step 1

The person responsible for filling out the time sheets enters the full name of the enterprise in accordance with the constituent documents, the last name, first name, patronymic of the individual entrepreneur in accordance with the identity document. The name of the structural unit in which this time sheet is filled in, the organization code in accordance with the All-Russian Classifier of Enterprises and Organizations is entered.

Step 2

The report card is assigned a number and date that corresponds to the preparation of this document. The period for which the timesheet is filled in is affixed.

Step 3

The responsible person enters the last name, first name and patronymic of each employee of this structural unit, the personnel number of each employee.

Step 4

There are two cells in the report card for each calendar day for each employee of the enterprise. In the upper box for the employee, a symbol is put down for the cost of working time, in the lower box, the person in charge indicates the number of hours worked by the employee. The symbols are approved by the decree of the State Statistics Committee of the Russian Federation.

Step 5

In the report card, the person in charge registers the attendance and absenteeism of employees for work. Absences are registered only on the basis of documents confirming the absence of an employee for a good reason. Such documents can be a certificate of incapacity for work, a vacation order, etc.

Step 6

The person in charge calculates the number of days worked, hours for each half of the month for an individual employee, indicates the number of absenteeism.

Step 7

The time sheet is signed by the responsible person, the head of the structural unit, the personnel worker, the date of signing, the decoding of the signature is set.

Step 8

The completed timesheet in the T-13 form is sent to the accounting department for calculating salaries for employees.
