To recognize an enterprise as small, it is sufficient to comply with the statutory restrictions on the number of employees, annual revenue and the share of state or municipal participation. However, in a number of constituent entities of the Russian Federation there are special registers in which an enterprise or entrepreneur can be included. For example, in Moscow it is a register of small and medium-sized businesses. The presence of such in the regions should be clarified in the structures for supporting entrepreneurship of a particular constituent entity of the Russian Federation.

It is necessary

  • - application for entry into the register, if necessary with attachments;
  • - an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities or EGRIP;
  • - statistics codes (for legal entities);
  • - information about the average number of employees with the mark of the tax inspection for the last year;
  • - tax reports or a declaration of a company or entrepreneur for the last year with a tax stamp;
  • - extract from the register of shareholders (only for CJSC and OJSC);
  • - power of attorney;
  • - passport.

Instructions

Step 1

Fill out the application for inclusion in the register. You can find it on the Internet on the websites of entrepreneurship support structures (in Moscow, the department for supporting small and medium-sized businesses or centers for supporting entrepreneurship of administrative districts). If there are branches and representative offices, please also fill out the corresponding attachment to the application. To enter a legal entity into the register, you must also fill out annexes for information about the founders and forms of financial statements.

Step 2

Prepare a power of attorney for a representative who will submit documents to the One Stop Shop of the Small Business Support Department. It is obligatory for firms, entrepreneurs, if they submit documents themselves, can do without a power of attorney. Notarization is not required, the signature of the manager or the entrepreneur and the seal are enough.

Step 3

Collect a package of required documents. Basically, this is documentation that is already in the hands of representatives of a company or an entrepreneur: - tax reporting and information on the average number of employees with a tax stamp; - statistics codes (only for companies); - extract from the register of shareholders (only for CJSC and OJSC). You will need to take an up-to-date extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities or the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, as its validity is limited. Most of the documents are submitted in original for verification and returned to the applicant. In the one-stop shop, only a statement and a power of attorney are left.

Step 4

Take the entire package of documents to office hours from the one-stop shop of the department for support of small and medium-sized businesses in your district. They are usually located in the same premises as the county entrepreneurship support center. The exact addresses and opening hours can be found on the website of the department or the district PIU.

Step 5

If the documents are in order, within the term specified by the employee of the service, you will receive a certificate of inclusion in the register. You can track the stage of readiness of the certificate on the website of the PIU of your district.
