It is necessary

  • - declaration,
  • - certificate of origin of goods (form ST-1)
  • - invoice,
  • - CMR / TIR (international road waybill) and TTN (waybill),
  • - passports for exported goods,
  • - a contract with a carrier company.

Instructions

Step 1

Be sure to declare the goods in the list published in the Order of the State Customs Committee of the Russian Federation No. 1208 of 22.11.2006. For example, such goods include weapons and explosives (permission from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the FSB is required), artistic and cultural values (permission from the Ministry of Culture may also be required). Only after all the checks, proving that you are transporting the goods absolutely legally, will you be able to pay the duty.

Step 2

Do not indicate in the declaration goods that can be attributed to personal items. This can be, for example, clothing, digital technology, sports equipment, etc. It is allowed to move no more than one unit of digital equipment across the border (except for mobile phones). However, in relation to expensive things that you intend to temporarily take out of the Russian Federation, it is better to insure yourself. Take with you documents proving the fact of their acquisition on the territory of Russia or a certificate of the right to inheritance (this applies, for example, to family jewelry). But if the customs value of jewelry intended for personal wear exceeds $ 25,000, you will not be able to smuggle them.

Step 3

If the total value of the goods that you intend to send abroad does not exceed € 1,500, the cargo itself weighs no more than 50 kg, then you can transport it without filling out a declaration and paying customs duties. If these indicators are exceeded, you are required to draw up documents for the export of goods.

Step 4

In order to export goods by any means of transport, contact the customs service in advance and issue the following documents in accordance with the rules of transportation (in 3 copies): - declaration; - certificate of origin of goods (form ST-1); - invoice; - CMR (or TIR) and TTN; - passports for exported goods; - contract with the carrier company.

Step 5

Pay the duty in the amount established for the export of your goods. Leave one copy of the documents with you, give the second to the transport company, the third will remain at the disposal of the customs authorities.

Step 6

After the representative of the transport company receives the documents, draws up receipts for the goods and undergoes customs inspection directly at the border, contact the consignee and notify him of the time of arrival of the goods.
