Step 1

Register with the tax authorities as an individual entrepreneur or LLC. Obtain a certificate of registration, an extract from the USRIP / USRLE and the codes of the OKVED statistics from the State Statistics Committee. Register the seal of the future treatment room in the MRP. Open a bank account and issue cash register and company letterheads with the tax office. Buy a franchise from a large network of laboratories (which will make your subsequent work somewhat easier, but will require an increase in fees) or enter into a service agreement with a regular laboratory.

Step 2

Find a suitable room for your treatment room. To do this, first familiarize yourself with the current sanitary and epidemiological rules for the organization of such institutions. The room must necessarily have a separate entrance, be connected to all communications, have a compartment for equipment, a place for storing consumables and analyzes. It is advisable to have a bathroom (or the possibility of its equipment) and the landlord's permission to lay the water supply for the sinks. The premises should be located in an area with a developed infrastructure for the convenience of customers and the efficiency of order fulfillment. Immediately resolve all issues related to the delivery and storage of samples and materials for analysis, since timely delivery is the most important condition for the smooth operation of the office.

Invite the employees of the SES and the fire department so that they give you a positive conclusion on the compliance of the premises with all standards and requirements.

Step 4

Purchase equipment from reliable suppliers. The equipment can also be of domestic production, especially since its cost is cheaper than imported. Enter into contracts with suppliers of consumables.

Step 5

Announce a competition to fill the vacant positions of doctors and nurses. If you do not have a medical education, then on the staff you must have a specialist who is licensed to provide medical services and work experience of at least 5 years.

Step 6

Apply to the Licensing Chamber for a license to provide medical services. You will need the following documents:

- a copy of the certificate of registration of the enterprise (IP, LLC);

- constituent documents (copies);

- conclusion of SES and fire department (copies);

- documents (copies) confirming your rights (or your employees) to provide medical services (diplomas, certificates);

- a receipt for payment of the state duty.

Step 7
