Sberbank Online is a convenient service that allows you to carry out banking transactions and instant payments for services without leaving your home or from the screen of your mobile phone. To take advantage of this opportunity, you need to activate the option using the terminal or by sending an SMS message to the Sberbank service number.
ATM connection
To connect to the service through an ATM, you only need your bank card. Almost every client can apply for the use of the service, however, there are some restrictions. So, the service cannot be used if you work with a corporate bank card or use cards issued for limited use in a particular region of the Russian Federation.
Insert the card into the appropriate slot of the ATM and enter the requested PIN code. If the operation was successful, a menu will be displayed in front of you. Select "Internet Service" by pressing the button next to the device screen or by selecting the appropriate section using the touch screen. Select "Connect Sberbank Online" and click on the "Print ID and Password" button. You can choose to print both one-time passwords and output a reusable login-password combination. As soon as you select the desired item, the data for accessing the service will be printed and issued through the corresponding slot of the device.
Registration via mobile phone
When the Mobile Banking service is activated, you can register in the service without using an ATM. To do this, using your phone, send an SMS to number 900. In the text of the message, specify the request "Password". Wait until you receive a reply message with the required login details and a link to complete the account registration. If several cards are linked to your number, you will need to change the text of the message to "Password 1111", where instead of "1111" indicate the last 4 digits printed on your Sberbank card.
Sberbank Online can also be connected at any Sberbank branch.
Sign in
After receiving a username and password to log in, go to the main page of the service using your browser installed in the system. In the appropriate fields, enter the received ID and password to log in. If the data was entered correctly, the account management service will be displayed on the screen, and you can start managing your bank account and viewing the latest card transactions.
You can also manually change the ID and password through the menu in the "Personal Account".
