After a while, the understanding comes that you do not need it at all. And your bet, meanwhile, remains the last. According to the rules of the auction, its cancellation is made only in specially stipulated cases.

Instructions
Step 1
Once you have placed a bid on a lot that has not yet ended, you can cancel it. To do this, send your cancellation request directly to the seller. Also, bids are deleted if a bidder has a large number of negative reviews.
Step 2
Log in to the Hammer with your account. Go to the My Hammer page. Enter the "My purchases" folder. There, open the page “Lots with my bets. Active ". In front of the selected lot, you will see the phrase "Request to cancel the bet". Click on it with your mouse.
Step 3
On the page that opens, be sure to tell us about the reason why you are canceling the bet. Be honest with the seller, so you have a better chance of receiving confirmation to cancel an accidentally abandoned order. Click the "Submit" button and wait for the seller's decision.
Step 4
Be careful: it is impossible to refuse a lot under the Buy Now! Promotion. If you are not ready to make a deal, carefully read the terms of sale and carefully select the item you really need.
Step 5
Please note that Hammer does not oblige the seller to cancel the bid at your request. His decision in favor of the request you sent is an act of goodwill. In the event that the bid is not canceled, you will be the winner of the bidding. Then you are subject to the obligation to redeem the lot.
Step 6
Remember that the seller has the right to downgrade your rating. If you cancel your bets frequently, trust will be undermined. You will be subject to certain sanctions, including account deletion. The canceled bid, as well as the reason for this cancellation, will necessarily be displayed on the auction page.
Step 7
Also consider returning the item to the seller if you live in the same city. Contact him directly and explain the situation. Make an appointment and make a return.
