Step 1

Collect and submit several articles of incorporation to the Ministry of Justice along with the completed application form. Among them: the minutes of the meeting of founders, at which it was decided to create a private foundation, the developed charter of the foundation, any documents confirming the legality of using the legal address of the foundation specified in the minutes. Pay the state fee, and attach the receipt of payment to your documents and application.

Step 2

Wait until the Ministry of Justice gives the go-ahead for the creation of the fund and submits the documents to the Federal Tax Service, which keeps records of funds, like other legal entities, and registers them by entering into the Unified State Register.

Step 3

Obtain from the Ministry of Justice a certificate of registration of your private foundation in the State Register, issued on the basis of data obtained from the tax office (registering authority). The bodies of the Ministry of Justice will notify the founders of the fact of registration as soon as they receive data from the "tax office".

Step 4

Register a new non-state fund with the Federal Tax Service, select a taxation system and receive a certificate of TIN assignment. It is also necessary to register with the local authority of Rosstat.

Step 5

Open a current account, which a private foundation, like any legal entity, must have, having previously selected a bank and currency. Notify the tax authority with which the fund was registered. From this moment on, your foundation is a full-fledged legal entity and can start its activities.
