The demand for private kindergartens in Ukraine is growing more and more. This is due to the fact that parents want their children not only to be supervised, but also to receive the necessary knowledge in accordance with age.
Instructions
Step 1
Find a place where you can set up a kindergarten. It is important that there are no competitors or government preschool organizations nearby that may also provide additional educational services. The premises must comply with state requirements for childcare facilities. Each child must have at least 5 m2, the floor must be insulated, and the walls must be moisture resistant. It is desirable that the windows face south and east. You may need to make indoor renovations.
Step 2
Obtain an educational license. This can be done by submitting documents to the regional expert council for licensing and attestation of educational institutions. Prepare the following documents: copies of constituent documents; curricula, requirements for graduates; information on material and technical, personnel, educational and methodological support; premises lease agreement; conclusion of the SES; documents that confirm the level of education and qualifications of the head of the kindergarten.
Step 3
Buy all the furniture you need: children's tables, chairs, wardrobes. Also you must have bedding, refrigerator, washing machine, telephone. Equip a medical office and purchase teaching materials.
Step 4
Plan your ad campaign. Scatter leaflets about the imminent opening of your establishment in the mailboxes of the nearest houses, post announcements near playgrounds and children's clinics. But the best advertisement for you over time will be the personal recommendations of the parents, whose children will visit your garden.
Step 5
Be careful about recruiting. Only highly qualified teachers should work for you, for whom it is important to give their children their knowledge and attention, and not just make money. The selection of employees will take a lot of time, taking into account the probationary period and possible turnover at the first stage. But in the long run you will find reliable people.
