Step 1
Register as an individual entrepreneur or legal entity - a non-profit organization. According to the Law, only they have the right to conduct educational (training) activities. If you have registered a legal entity, it is necessary to reflect the specifics of your activity in the Constituent documents. The registration period established by law is 1 month.
Step 2
Put the registered company on tax accounting with the assignment of a TIN. Also register with extra-budgetary funds: Pension, Compulsory Health Insurance Fund, Social Insurance Fund, as well as in the state statistics body.
Step 3
Find a suitable kindergarten room. Area - at least 6 sq. m for each child. There should be separate rooms for games, meals, sleep, a medical office should be provided. Go through a series of approvals by authorities to agree on the specifics of the activity (fire organizations and SES). The premise can be either private property or it can be rented.
Step 4
Obtain a license (permit) for educational activities. Licensing is carried out by the state educational authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. (Department or Committee of Education), as well as local governments. To do this, you must provide a package of documents - the Charter of the organization, documents for registration with the tax authority, documents for the premises, conclusions of firefighters and SES on compliance with all rules, an educational program, documents confirming the availability of a material and technical base and educational and methodological literature, and also information about the teaching staff, about the planned number of children.
