Each case must be approached thoroughly, especially if you are constantly engaged in it, or this process, although not an everyday activity, often plays a decisive role. It depends on a properly planned daily routine whether you have time to do the required amount of work, from thoughtful questions of the upcoming conversation with partners - whether you can immediately discuss important details, from a reasonably developed estimate - whether you have enough available or requested funds to implement a certain project.
Instructions
Step 1
Before starting work on the estimate, you need to carefully work out the future project, because even the smallest details required at a particular stage of its implementation should be reflected in the financial justification of the upcoming activity. As a result, upon receiving a finished project, you should have a ready-made list of specialists, equipment and other resources necessary for its successful implementation.
Step 2
When making an estimate, all required costs are divided into sections - items of expenses. Typically, these are employee salaries, equipment, rental of premises, travel and communication costs, stationery, consumables, and more. All this is hammered into a table, where, in addition to the columns with the name of the product and its cost, there should be quantitative indicators of the required material and the amount of each of the costs, as well as item-by-item totals, which add up to the total cost of the entire project. When making your own contribution or contributions from other partners to your project, it is advisable to reflect this in the appropriate column.
Step 3
Particular attention should be paid to the article "Salaries of employees". All specialists who will be involved in the implementation of the project, the average monthly wage and the number of months of work of each employee, the percentage of working time on the project and the total amount of payment for all employees should be indicated here. Also, be sure to insert a line on tax deductions here.
Step 4
The work on the preparation of the estimate ends with the writing of its justification. Here you should describe the need for all the requested “What? What for? How important is it for the implementation of the project? You can also attach a list of job responsibilities for the project and resumes of specialists, price lists of stores where you intend to purchase basic equipment.
