The status of a representative office of a foreign company in Ukraine allows it to receive a number of customs and tax benefits. A representative office does not need to have at its disposal the authorized capital and obtain a work permit for non-residents of this country.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare all the necessary documents for submission to the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, namely: - certificate of registration of your company; - certificate from the bank (original with a certified signature of the bank employee who issued the certificate); - power of attorney to exercise representative functions in Ukraine, issued to a specific person, indicating the powers of the representative; - information about the authorized person. The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine may require other documents, depending on the scope of your activity and business interests in the territory of this country.

Step 2

Contact a notary to certify the translations of all documents into Ukrainian. Check the correspondence of the data in the original and the copy.

Step 3

Submit all the documents you have with the application to the Ministry of Economy. Make a statement on your company's letterhead. It must indicate: - the name of the company and the date of its foundation; - the address, contact phones, fax and e-mail; - the field of activity of the company; - the name of the city in which you are going to open a representative office; - the number of employees of the company who are not residents Ukraine; - the name of the bank and the account number; - the purpose of opening and the scope of the representative office; - information about business cooperation with Ukrainian partners; - information about the prospective prospects of cooperation. The application must be signed by the general director of the company, and his signature must be certified by a notary.

Step 4

For paperwork, a fee is charged in the amount established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Registration period - 60 working days from the date of submission of documents. After receiving a certificate of registration as a foreign representative office, contact the tax and customs service of Ukraine for registration.
